Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we, as Pera.Works, would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data as the data controller. This disclosure text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it may be transferred, the method and legal basis of collection, and your rights under KVKK.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK; being necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfilling a legal obligation, being mandatory for data processing for our legitimate interests, and having your explicit consent.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, service providers, suppliers, public institutions and organizations as required by our legal obligations, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, in line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes. In case your personal data is transferred abroad, we act in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 9 of KVKK.

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights as a data subject:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems

To exercise your rights pursuant to Article 13 of KVKK, you can reach us through the contact information below. Your applications will be evaluated and responded to within 30 days at the latest in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

As Pera.Works, we take the necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with KVKK and related legislation to ensure the security of your personal data. All kinds of technical and administrative measures have been taken to ensure an appropriate level of security to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, unlawful access to data, and to ensure the secure storage of personal data.
